NIN (Nine Inch Nails) is coming to the Cedar Rapids U.S. Cellular Center November 20th, 2008!    According to an e-mail I received, NIN.com members will have access to purchase tickets in advance of tickets going on sale to the public.  They will be limited to two tickets in advance of tickets going on sale to the public.   This presale will begin on Tuesday, September 9th at 5 pm cdt and end Friday, September 12th at 5 pm cdt OR as long as tickets are available. – Canman
