Last night I caught a little bit of the Golden Globes.  When Mickey Rourke won the award for best actor for his role in “The Wrestler”, it got me wondering… Why the heck isn’t that movie playing in Cedar Rapids?  

I took the time to check out the trailer for the movie last night and it looks awesome.  Attention local theater owners… People want to see this movie!   Please get it soon…

Have I ever mentioned just how much I love Winter weather? (insert sarcasm here)  It looks like we’re in for a small Blizzard.  Super strong winds, blowing 4ish inches of freshly fallen snow all over creation…. Should make for a fun drive home!

Flight of the Conchords

is “Flight of the Conchords”… Bret Mckenzie and Jermain Clement are hilarious!   Their music makes me smile!  Season 2 of their show should be airing this month on HBO.  I believe you can get a sneak preview of the new season at joost.com.  I highly recommend that you check them out!
