Look out!\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>My health<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s no secret that I&#8217;m over weight.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 My physical last week scared the crap out of me.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 I was told that I have a &#8220;Fatty Liver&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 If I don&#8217;t treat it now, by loosing weight it could get worse and some day I could need a Liver transplant.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 If I ever needed a fire lit under my but to get healthy, this one has done it.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s been 4 days with no candy, pop or caffeine and I feel great!\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 My mom picked us up a Wii Fit this past weekend and I&#8217;ve been on it almost every day.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 According to the fit, I&#8217;ve almost lost 4lbs this week.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 My goal is this time next year, to be &#8220;half the man I used to be&#8221;..\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 I want to be under 200 lbs.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 I know I can do it.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some time this month<\/strong> (I&#8217;ve seen 04\/07 and 04\/13) \u00c2\u00a0the latest book in the Dresden Files series, &#8220;Turn Coat&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0is released.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;ll be picking it up as soon as I can find a copy.\u00c2\u00a0 You can check out the first few chapters on Jim Butcher&#8217;s website by <a title=\"Jim Butcher's website.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jim-butcher.com\/books\/dresden\/11\/fullpreview.php\">clicking HERE<\/a>!\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve never read this series you are missing out!\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Jim&#8217;s a very talented writer and the character he created in Harry Dresden is amazing.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The way he writes is like he&#8217;s inside my head.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Pick up the series&#8230;
